I've spent my career at the intersection of high-volume sales and team development. At Grubhub, I've managed teams of 10-15 Account Executives, owning end-to-end pipeline management across ~2,000 monthly inbound leads.

My approach is to build repeatable processes, hire good people, and give them great coaching. My teams consistently exceed quota and I've developed sales playbooks adopted across the broader org.
